Return policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Shipping

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Manila: 2–3 business days

Luzon: 3–5 business days

Visayas and Mindanao (VIS-MIN): 5 to 7 business days

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping Cost

Metro Manila charges ₱100.

Provincial (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): ₱200 flat rate.

Tracking

Metro Manila: One day before your order's scheduled delivery date, you will receive a text message confirming it.

Provincial (outside Metro Manila): When your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to trace your shipment on the courier's website.

International Shipping

We presently do not provide international shipping. We are actively looking for a reputable partner forwarder to provide on-demand worldwide delivery.

Return and Refund

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Return policy

At Father and Son, we want you to find the utmost quality with our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within [15] days of receipt.

Conditions for Return

Unopened and Sealed Items: For a full refund, goods must be returned unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Opened Items: For a partial refund or store credit, we accept opened and gently used (less than 20% used) products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used spray bottles.

Non-Returnable Items

Used Spray Bottles: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used spray bottles.

Timeframe for Refunds

You will receive a full refund for unopened and sealed items within [7] days of receiving your returned product.

For opened and gently used items, you will receive a store credit or partial refund (depending on the amount used) within [15] days of receiving your returned cologne.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at (+63) 916-205-3478 or fatherandsongrooming@gmail.com within an applicable number of days of receiving your order.

Let us know if the cologne is unopened and sealed (for a full refund) or opened and gently used (for a partial refund or store credit).

We will provide you with a return shipping label (for unopened and sealed items only) or instructions for returning the opened cologne (if applicable).

Pack your cologne securely in its original packaging (if applicable) and affix the return shipping label (if provided).

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for unopened and sealed colognes for a different scent within [7] days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

Exchanges for opened colognes are not available.
